Begin with a tempting selection of cereals and granola, fresh seasonal or stewed fruits, organic yogurts, fresh juice, a large coffee with frothy milk or a speciality tea.
Set yourself up for the day with a hearty West Country cooked breakfast or a daily special such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, ham and cheese omelette, mushrooms on toast or pancakes. Whenever possible, Katherine uses local produce and local suppliers .

Breakfast is served between 8.15 and 9.15 or a packed breakfast can be arranged if prior notice is given.
